Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers through our online store. Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.

After the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded only when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed include applicable statutory taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed separately during the checkout process.

The available payment methods will be shown during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address specified by the customer.

Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product pages or during checkout. In the event of delays, customers will be informed as soon as possible.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights applicable under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

8. Liability

We shall be fully liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damages.

These limitations do not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
